The location and staff were good, quiet vibes. Helpful and accommodating staff who greeted us. Electric blankets were provided in advance. The location itself was unbeatable and convenient close to the first coffee shop.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The location of this retreat is convenient and easily accessible. It is close to shops and provides easy access to the falls and the national park. My daughter, wife and I stay on the studio loft with forest view and had a fantastic 3 days there. Pity, we didn't get much time with spa as we were out and about at the Falls and Scenic World. The fire place is wonderful on a cold night and there so much space for the three of us.

Well, it a pity there's no washing machine and full kitchen facilities on the Loft units.

We found everything fantastic, would recomand it to anyone.

The location was great, within walking distance to beautiful walks and attractions. The views from the room were stunning and definitely a highlight of our stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which made for a disappointing start to our romantic escape. We had issues with the cleanliness of the room, with cockroaches and cobwebs present.

It was good choice for visiting most Wentworth Falls attractions. Had everything we needed, would recomand.

Spacious loft suites with front and rear balconies, allowing you to follow the sun and enjoy the scenic views. The kitchenettes in the suites are perfect for whipping up a quick meal or snack.

The apartment was beautiful with location close to nature, that's what we were expecting. It had a stunning setting adjacent to cafes and hiking trails, and the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park.
